Online payments

Upon completion of your order, the full amount will be charged to your credit card. In case of order cancellations due to stock issues or other reasons, refunds will be processed to your credit card within 14 business days.

Delivery

We strive to ship your products on the same day. For items that require more time, the delivery period is indicated in the product details and is usually 3-5 working days. If any delay is anticipated, you will be informed.

To ensure a smooth delivery, please provide an address where you are present during the day.

Your orders will be processed based on the delivery option selected at the end of your order. Products will be shipped from our company located in Istanbul via various courier services. Orders will be delivered to the courier no later than two (2) business days after confirmation.

For different delivery conditions, please feel free to consult with our customer service representatives. Please note that shipping is only available within Türkiye.

Payment tracking

If there is a problem with the payment system and the transaction cannot be completed, you will be notified at the end of the payment process.

In the event of an error in the address provided, the customer will be contacted to resolve any issues related to undelivered orders.

The validity of the email address provided is confirmed via an automatic email sent after placing the order.

We are responsible not only to our customers, but also to the bank that processes credit card payments to ensure successful delivery.

Please note!

If you believe your package has been damaged during shipping, please inspect it in the presence of the courier. If you notice any damage to the product, do not accept it and ask the courier to prepare a damage report.

Once the product is received, the courier is considered to have fulfilled his duty.

If the product is damaged: Please send the prepared report to info@sennorita.com as soon as possible.

Once you complete these steps, we will begin working on your case and arrange a replacement delivery as quickly as possible.
